Show your third graders how to speak up for their community! In this one-page worksheet, students read a short passage about advocacy, number the four steps of advocacy in order, then circle the two ways an advocate can share an idea with leaders.

The passage explains that advocacy means speaking up to make a change, and that a person who works for a cause is called an advocate.
