About This Game

This NGSS-aligned word sort activity focuses on how different animal groups adapt to survive in their specific habitats. Students sort 12 different animal groups into two categories: Land Groups and Water Groups. The activity helps students recognize how animals form similar types of groups across different environments to enhance their survival. Through this classification exercise, students learn about various animal social structures and how group formation is a common survival strategy regardless of habitat type
